5th Grade Mr. Ax

Hello families and welcome back to another amazing school year.  My name is Jason Ax, and I will be your child's fifth grade teacher this year.  Below is a list of supplies students will need for this year.  

 

Please update your parent information in Aeries and if you have not done so, create your parent account in ParentSquare.  Most, if not all of communications will be done through ParentSquare this year.

Students will have access to the following supplies at school and do not need to bring them.  These are shared supplies and if you would like your child to have their own, you are welcome to provide them.
