ALL students (K-5) are being asked to register their latest information online for the coming 2016-17 school year. It includes all returning students only. New students need to register at Centralized Registration at the District Office.

Parents are being asked to begin registration by creating an account on Aeries (portal) for each of their students. Sibling accounts can be added to an existing account.

Registration for returning Cawston students will be held at Cawston Elementary during the last week of July. For faster service please bring a printed copy of you student’s emergency card to your scheduled time. All parents are required to bring ID and one proof of residency. Below are the scheduled times and days.

Wednesday, July 27 Last name Alpha A-M
Registration: 8:00-11:00am & 12:00-3:00pm
Thursday, July 28 Last name Alpha N-Z
Registration: 8:00-11:00am & 12:00-3:00pm
Friday, July 29 Registration 8:00-11:00AM & 2:00-6:00pm

All address changes must be made at the DISTRICT OFFICE prior to re-registration. Students can NOT be assigned a teacher until re-registration is complete.

Incoming kindergarten and TK students will get the opportunity to get a head start on the school year. There will be two days for teachers to meet incoming kinder & TK students to work with them in order to create the kindergarten classrooms and guide instructional planning. Your child is highly encouraged to attend at your scheduled time based on your their last name.

Monday, August 1st: A-G from 8-10 am and H-M from 10-12 pm
Tuesday, August 2nd: N-V from 8-10 am and W-Z from 10-12 pm

Keep learning going all summer long by continuing to access the software programs your student is using at school. Please refer to the attachment for home access codes and passwords for Compass Learning, ST-Math JiJi, Imagine Learning, and Typing Pal.
