Congratulations to Jennifer Hockman for being selected as the Faculty Focus Friday employee for our elementary schools. Mrs. Hockman teaches third grade and is also a grade-level lead at Cawston Elementary. Jenni has cultivated a community in her classroom where all students feel a strong sense of belonging and connection. She is the gold standard when it comes to supporting the needs of all of her students through her masterful approach to differentiated instruction. Mrs. Hockman is also an outstanding leader amongst her colleagues and leads with a calm and caring demeanor. She has been instrumental in supporting and leading the staff with our site goals. She provides valuable professional development and gives assistance to anyone who needs it. She does all of these things with grace and humility. Mrs. Hockman is truly a Cawston Super Star.
