Aeries Parent Portal
- Login to your Aeries Parent Portal
- Click the Yellow Highlighted box where it says Complete Student Data Validation click here.
- FINISH all sections.
- - Family Information - Income - Student - Contacts - Documents - Authorizations - Final Data Confirmation.
- Once all completed you may print your emergency card.
- What if I don't see the yellow box?
- Please click HOME,
- Go to STUDENT INFO and click on DATA CONFIRMATION.
- Proceed with answering all questions.
Creating a NEW ACCOUNT.
- Please make sure you have an email you use often.
- If not, you must create an email.
- You will be receiving updates from the school through this email.
- Create a simple password that you will not forget, as you will be using the same account every year.
- Log on to portals.hemetusd.org
- Click on "create a new account" that is located under the red NEXT
- Click on Parent/guardian account
- Fill out the required fields
- You will be receiving an email verification, once you do please click the link.
- Log on to your new account.
- Once you have created your account, it will ask you for 3 things, your child's STUDENT ID, PHONE #, and VERIFICATION CODE.
- Make sure to input the exact information the school has, if you do not, it will not match and it will not add your child to your account.
- What if I don't have my child's information? Call the school office at 951-765-0277 or email [email protected] and ask for those 3 things listed above. ( STUDENT ID, PHONE #, and VERIFICATION CODE.)
- Once you have added your child into the system you may add another child if need be.
- Click HOME, you will see a yellow shaded area with the words click here.
- Fill out the authorizations and make sure to click FINALIZE at the very end.
- Make sure you have updated your Emergency Contacts.
- DO NOT FORGET to add yourself at the top of the contact list.
HOW TO ADD/CHANGE CONTACTS
- Login using your username or password.
- At the top of the page there is the HOME tab and next to it is the STUDENT INFO tab. Click that.
- Next, Scroll down to DATA CONFIRMATION.
- (You will see green check marks)Family Info Income students contacts
- Click on CONTACTS
- All your contacts will be listed. Scroll down to the bottom and you will see CHANGE/ADD/DELETE button.
- Click on ADD to add an emergency contact.
- If you forgot your password or username please click on forgot password.
- Enter your email address which is your username.
- You will be receiving an email from Aeries. If you have not yet received an email please make sure to check SPAM.
- It may be easier to check your email through your cellular device, if your email is already connected through your phone.
- Find the email click on the link to change your password.
- Once you have changed your password please login to Aeries parent portal with your new password.

All students who have their Data Validated will be assigned to a teacher. Families who have not yet completed their child's data validation will need to log into their Aries Parent Portal and complete all authorizations.
